Last updated: 2026-10-03
1. Service provider
The service provider is Vision Builders (비전빌더스), Chanyang Lee (이찬양); info@visionbuilders.kr; +82-10-2314-3713. Business registration: 741-50-01124. Korean mail-order registration: 제2026-전남순천-7304호. Address: 전남광주통합특별시 순천시 해룡면 신흥중1길 3, EM캠퍼스 3083호, Republic of Korea.
2. The service
Edit For Me is an online AI video-editing service using landscape source footage you have the right to use and the editing format of a reference video. Plans do not include content strategy, scriptwriting, thumbnails or human editorial review. Outputs may contain errors; review content, captions and rights before publishing. We do not guarantee audience results, views or an identical reproduction of a reference video.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to contract, or authority to act for your organization. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Do not submit infringing or unlawful materials or use the service for impersonation, fraud or non-consensual sexual content.
4. Prices, renewal and delivery
Monthly plans: LITE: $119 / month, 400 credits; STANDARD: $239 / month, 900 credits; PRO: $399 / month, 1700 credits. Where top-ups are available: $29 / 100 credits per one-time purchase. Prices are in US dollars. The checkout confirmation shows the final amount including applicable taxes, available payment methods and renewal terms. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Your internet or data charges are separate.
The Paddle entity identified at checkout and on your receipt is the merchant of record for your purchase, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Credits become available after payment confirmation. Editing begins after the required footage and instructions are received; completion time depends on footage length and processing conditions.
5. Credits
Editing uses 10 credits per minute of source footage, rounded up for each file in 6-second units. The required credits are shown before an edit starts. Credits are reserved at the start, charged on completion and returned if the edit fails or is stopped. If returned credits have already expired, the restored credits are usable for 30 days. Monthly grants expire at the next renewal date without rollover. Top-ups carry past the current period end until the following renewal date. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, without limiting legal refund rights.
6. References and revisions
The first 1 successful reference setup per account is free; later changes cost 100 credits. Failed analysis does not use a free setup. Simple and partial revisions are free up to 5 combined requests per video. Additional revisions and full re-edits cost 50% of the original editing credits, rounded up. You can review the cost before requesting paid work. Reference videos are used to analyze editing format, not to copy their footage or audio into your output.
7. Content rights
You retain your rights in your source content. You authorize processing needed to edit, store and deliver your content. Obtain necessary permissions for people, voices, music, logos and other third-party material. Using a reference format does not grant rights to reproduce a third party's work.
When we include music licensed under CC BY 4.0, its copyright stays with the creator and you receive permission directly under that license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Commercial sharing, advertising and further editing are permitted under its conditions. Retain the supplied track and creator credits, source, license link and earlier change notices, and identify your own changes. Keep the on-video credits when publishing where a description is unavailable.
Editing fees do not buy exclusive ownership or exclusive Content ID rights in third-party music. Do not imply that its creator endorses your product or service, or add contract terms or technical restrictions that prevent uses allowed by the music license. Your rights in your own footage are unaffected.
8. Storage and deletion
Finished videos become eligible for deletion 14 days after completion and storage. Source footage for successfully completed edits becomes eligible for deletion 14 days after completion. Download files you need within these periods. Unfinished or failed project footage currently has no automatic age-based deletion deadline; contact us to request deletion. Deletion may require queued processing and retries; expiration does not mean that every copy is erased instantly.
Request account or content deletion at info@visionbuilders.kr. We review subscription cancellation, ongoing jobs, pending refunds and legally required records before completing deletion. Account deletion and deletion of Paddle's payment records are separate processes.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewal. Cancel before the next renewal through your billing settings or the Paddle buyer portal, and check the confirmation and effective date. Contact support if cancellation does not complete. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a previous payment. Except where required by law or approved by Paddle, ordinary mid-period cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund or return.
Send the purchase email address, order reference and reason to info@visionbuilders.kr or Paddle buyer support. Refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and applicable law. You can contact support even if an edit in progress prevents a request through the application.
An accepted request is not confirmation of a completed refund. Following Paddle approval, refunds are returned to the original payment method; the posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Credits associated with a refund are recovered or revoked. Confirm both the refund status and the cancellation status of any continuing subscription.
Mandatory withdrawal rights, remedies for nonconforming services and other statutory consumer protections remain available. Agreeing to immediate digital delivery does not remove a withdrawal right unless the legally required conditions are met. Contact us about non-delivery, duplicate charges or material defects for investigation and correction or an appropriate refund.
10. Suspension, changes and responsibility
We may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or legal obligations. Changes to pricing or material service terms will be communicated before they apply and will not retroactively reduce rights for a period already paid for. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact support to resolve problems. Korean law governs subject to mandatory protections and statutory jurisdiction available where you live.
